  • Plain Mirrors – reflective surfaces (silver coating) on the back of the glass. This gives the image- “a ghost image”; it reflects only once to give a clear view free of distortion.

Commonly used sizes: no. 4 and no. 5; refer to diameter of mirror

  • Mouth Mirror must be cleaned, bagged individually or bagged/wrapped in a tray setup, and
    then sterilized. A chemical/steam indicator device should be included in the wrapping
